Normal!? What is that?

Two years back, with the onset of slow and steady spread of novel corona virus infections, my 9 to 5 (or to say 10 to 7) corporate life transposed to work-from-home.

Having (since inception) a run-the-mill corporate life (login at 10, log out at 7; with some atypical stretches), shifting to work-from-home was naïve (to be honest). Delivering client (time-sensitive) projects sans the (n/f)ormal office setting was startling! Split between will-I-be won't-I-be, my work-from-home corporate life began!

But in no time, the work-from-home rhythm set in. Off course, it brought with it its due share of ups and downs, like intermittent network connections or background disturbances during office calls. But it sure overruled the tiring travel time and the stress of metro rides (to and fro office and home).

So, from the worrisome phase of having to work without the office setting to delivering projects from home, latter seemed quintessential (and now, normal)!

So here comes my two cents on the realization set in the process: defining what is normal and what is not is bootless, futile to say the least. Embrace the newness! It (might) have some thing best (or at least some good) in it!

And so to conclude,

Reluctance to change is homo, imbibing change is sapien!
